Weinviertel DAC Alte Reben

AL - Quite ripe nose with citrus and yellow fruit. Good structure on the palate, good bite and freshness, spicy grapefruit and long finish.

DL - Light golden yellow with green nuances, good brilliance. Very mineral nose with green citrus tones. Well structured and expressed palate with both freshness and roundness, complemented by the delicious persistence. Most pleasant.

HP - Medium intense yellow gold. Elegant, ripe aromas of pomegranate with green, herbal character, moderate persistent bouquet. Good approach on palate, ripe, almost sweet apple fl avors, long. Great acidity, distinctive peppery touch.

MS - Pretty green gold. Candied, pepper nose. Very round, sweet fruit, nicely integrated with acidity. Great structure. Very appealing and nicely built wine.

RD - Clear and vibrant yellow. Clear, pear notes on pleasantly fresh nose. Dry, fruity, full bodied palate with lengthy fi nish. Well made wine with a pleasant balanced fi nish, confi rming quality.

AL - Young nose, quite spicy with young white fruit and citrus peel. Very fresh palate, quite light with a spicy finish.

DL - Light golden yellow with refl ections of silver. Rather exotic, complex bouquet, fruit aromas of papaya, coconut and citrus. Palate marked by fresh citrus fl avors, while the CO² support the charming components, within a rather uncomplicated structural volume, but showing good length. Exotic and fi ne quality wine.

HP - Pale yellow green, gold to rim. Light intensity of aromas, citrus notes, pear, peach, hint of dustiness on the end. Fresh attack of acidity in the mouth, lacks elegance and depth.

MS - Light green. Light and fresh bouquet. Acidity slightly too prominent in mouth. Clean and fresh, but slightly too much acidity.

RD - Vibrant, deep yellow with green hue. Herbal, forward nose. Dry, herbaceous palate with good acidity. Medium length fi nish. Pleasant, refreshing wine with nicely tart finish.

Haidberg

AL - Quite buttery nose, oak and creamy notes. Round palate, yellow fruit and vanilla notes, fairly long. Slightly marked by oak.

DL - Golden yellow with green hints. Fresh nose, minerality and oaky aromas of bread. Delicate bouquet. Smooth attack, nice fruit, slight oxidized fl avors, good length and well balanced palate. Well made, oaky Grüner Veltliner.

HP - Pale yellow green. Discreet nose with light minerality. Dusty palate, a kind of buttery fi nish.

MS - Yellow. Spicy mango. Big and round, gentle ending. Very good.

RD - Bright light yellow. Mineral and slightly herbal nose with pear and fruit aromas. Dry and light, thin palate, good acidity, lighter weight and medium length.
