Norbert Bauer\u00b4s winery is the continuation of a long tradition. Already their five children are becoming involved in a charming, inquisitive and open way to the business of growing, and making wines, and to the unique character of their wines that this family business has developed over the generations.<\/p>\n

In harmony with the nature and the particularly favourable climatic conditions a truly ecological culture is brought to life on 58 hectares of vineyard with 250,000 vines.<\/p>\n

Basin sites, hill sites, loam and primary rock soils offer ideal conditions for producing Zweigelt, Sankt Laurent, Blauer Portugieser and the rarer Blaufr\u00e4nkischen. Naturally there is no shortage of the white variety since the Green Veltliner, Riesling, Welschriesling, White Burgundy and co. thrive excellently here.
